Mustard Lime Steaks

4 Sirloin Beef Steaks (T-Bone, Ribeye, Strip Steak) 10-12 ounces each
1/4 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 large, juicy lime
salt and pepper

Sprinkle the steaks with half of the mustard and put down into the steak. Sprinkle with half of the Worcestershire and lime, and put down again.

Turn the steak over and season the second side

Let the steaks sit at room temperature until your grill is hot.

Grill, over direct heat, 4-6 minutes per side (for medium rare).

Allow the steaks to rest for ten minutes after cooking.
