Cheese Mostaccioli Hot Dish
1 package (16 ounces) mostaccioli, cooked and drained
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Combine cooked mostaccioli, soup, spaghetti sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning, and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Place in casserole and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake casserole at 400 for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole mixture is hot and bubbly.
Other ingredients you can add: sauteed or canned mushrooms, garlic, diced canned tomatoes, ground meat or sausage.
