Thousand Island Dressing

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
2 tablespoons Chili Sauce or Ketchup
1 teaspoon finely chopped Onion
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 Hard-Cooked Egg, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dressing.
