Holiday Party Main Course - Sirloin Kebabs

    1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cubed
    6 sturdy rosemary sprigs

In medium bowl, combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, chopped rosemary and salt and pepper. Add beef sirloin cubes; refrigerate and let marinate 15 minutes. Thread meat onto sturdy rosemary sprigs, piercing with stem end. Over medium-high heat, grill meat, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare.
