12 oz walleye fillets
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine butter, chives and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix well. Preheat grill. Take a piece of aluminum foil and spray with a nonstick spray, lay fish inside, season with with salt and pepper, and pour the melted butter a nd lemon juice mixture over the fish. Wrap it up tightly and place on grill. Grill for 8-12 minutes. The fillets are done when the fish flakes easily with a fork. When the fish is done, squeeze a bit more fresh lemon juice over the fish and serve.
